Funding for start-ups & companies to boost competitiveness in Berlin

The path from that first innovative idea to establishing yourself on the market long-term is rarely a short one. While founders bring the energy and know-how, they also need advice, investments and capital to make their idea a reality. IBB Business Team GmbH supports visionaries, young entrepreneurs and business-owners, and SMEs with advice, seed capital and funding schemes for their projects.

Information on current funding opportunities at Deutsche Gründer- und Unternehmenstage (deGUT)

deGUT is Germany's leading start-up expo. Founders can get reliable information first-hand on financing, marketing and how to develop a workable business model before they set out on their own. The expo's programme is aimed specifically at start-ups. IBB Business Team is represented by the Coaching BONUS, Transfer BONUS and GründungsBONUS funding schemes and is available for personal consultations. The expo takes place every year in early October.

Businessplan-Wettbewerb Berlin-Brandenburg (BPW)

BPW is a regional start-up project that is launched every year at the deGUT expo. Between October and July, participants in the project can get free advice, attend free seminars, workshops and networking events and submit a business concept for evaluation in three phases.

BPW jurors provide feedback at every stage. The best concepts are awarded prize money. More than €50,000 of prize money is awarded as part of the BPW. Plus, the substantiated feedback helps to improve and streamline the business concept.

Entrepreneurs can benefit from these subsidies:
