deGUT: founders’ fair and entrepreneur days

Germany's leading expo for start-ups and entrepreneurs offers information, advice and inspiration for heading out on your own and managing your very own business. There is an exhibitors' area, consultants' forum and a seminar programme that is included in the price of admission. deGUT 2021 marked the first time that start-ups from the capital region were given their own platform on a separate stage in the Start-up ARENA. Short 3-minute pitches and expo stands introduced innovative start-up ideas and let attendees test the founders' products.

Every year, our teams from the Coaching BONUS, Transfer BONUS and GründungsBONUS funding schemes have a separate area just for you at the Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) stand. We are more than happy to advise you on our programmes and other funding opportunities for your next project.

There is also a central kick-off event for the Businessplan-Wettbewerb Berlin-Brandenburg (BPW), held on the Friday at deGUT.

DeGUT offers opportunities to meet funders, mentors and like-minded people, as well as real-world knowledge and motivation all under one roof

deGUT is organised by the Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) and the Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB). deGUT is funded by the State of Berlin's Senate Department for Economy, Energy and Businesses and the State of Brandenburg's Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour and Energy using funding from local governments and the European Social Fund. It is sponsored by the Federal Minister for Economy and Climate Action, Robert Habeck.
