Remuneration

We pay our employees in line with the TV-L collective agreement. We can subsidise company travel tickets to make it more affordable for you to get to work. In addition you will receive a 13th month's salary pro rata.

Work/life balance

Get all your ducks in a row. Our working week is 39 hours and we offer flexitime. We also support our colleagues' work/life balance by facilitating remote working.
