IBB Business Team GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of IBB Unternehmensverwaltung, the owner of Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB). It provides a number of different funding tools for start-ups & consulting, innovation & digitisation, mobility, and energy & sustainability on behalf of the State of Berlin.

We pay our employees in line with the TV-L collective agreement. We can subsidise company travel tickets to make it more affordable for you to get to work. In addition you will receive a 13th month's salary pro rata.
